A lot has happened in the last couple of weeks since my post about the coronavirus. So much has changed. Life as well know it is no more, at least for now. I admit my first reaction was, I thought it was extreme because two weeks go by so fast. Then what, I thought, was. What are we to do when the two weeks are up?
I am a spiritual person who dealt with anxiety and fear, and my advice is to PRAY, for healing, for wisdom, for physical and mental health. We all must pray because prayer is so very powerful. There is healing and recovery because of it. We need to know and see that as much as we need to know about the fatalities.
This would be great for people to share this on Facebook as one woman did last night from her hospital bed. You don’t have to be in your hospital bed. I’d just love to hear from people who aren’t celebrities to show the world that there is hope.
The only positive takeaway of all this for me is that I think we can slow down a bit and reflect. Be grateful for our blessings, and appreciate this extra time we have to spend with your family. If you live alone, you can stay connected via technology while physically isolating. Staying connected is good for our mental health. You can organize your home and catch up on some personal things you normally don’t have time to do.
My prayers go out to the families who’ve lost loved ones, the ones battling this virus as well as those caring for the sick, their families. To those now working whose jobs are essential to the public, I/we appreciate you and your service. I extend a healing prayer to the Universe as well and all in it. Peace and Blessings
